Its time to shake off the Triptophan blues and get out and enjoy the weather. So come out on saturday morning at 10am and work off some of that stuffing. As always I'll have a few extra discs so feel fre to bring family or friends along.

Oh yeah, and if Vista isn't your thing then no worries - the next outing will be in a few weeks to Fountain Hills so your covered.
